Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a software service agreement between you (“User”, “Subscriber”) and Techzconsult (Pvt) Ltd (“Company”). By accessing or using the Techzfin web application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Software Services

Techzfin provides cloud-based software tools for small businesses, contractors, and merchants to:

• Draft, customize, and issue commercial quotations.
• Create invoices, log incoming payments, and issue receipts.
• Monitor stock quantities and maintain item lists.
• Record operational expenses and evaluate profit margins.

3. User Responsibilities and Account Security

Subscribers agree to maintain the security of their user accounts:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and passwords.
• Assume responsibility for transactions generated through the account.
• Notify Techzconsult (Pvt) Ltd immediately at 0782334112 if unauthorized account use is detected.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use Techzfin solely for legitimate commercial and administrative operations. You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering of the software platform.
• Generate fraudulent or misleading financial documents.
• Interfere with server infrastructure, network bandwidth, or system availability.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to Techzfin features is provided on an annual subscription basis:

• Basic Plan: LKR 3,500 per year.
• Professional Plan: LKR 5,000 per year.

Subscriptions are activated upon confirmation of payment. Renewal notifications are communicated prior to subscription expiration.

6. Limitation of Liability

Techzfin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Techzconsult (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication outages, third-party internet service failures, or user input errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, our total liability for any claims, data breaches, or losses arising out of your use of this software shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event, or 1,800 LKR, whichever is lower.

The software provides automated calculation and record-keeping tools and does not replace independent auditing, financial consultation, or statutory legal advice.

7. Data Privacy & Third-Party Service Providers (PDPA Compliance)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. To deliver our service efficiently, we share limited, necessary data with trusted service providers who adhere to strict confidentiality and security standards under the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):

• Payment Gateway: Customer identifiers and billing totals are securely transmitted to PayHere solely to facilitate payment collection and subscription activation.
• Cloud & AI Infrastructure: Managed financial logs are processed through secured cloud services via Firebase to generate user metrics. All data transmitted is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is configured to ensure it is not utilized for external machine learning or model training.

8. Intellectual Property

All software code, user interface designs, logos, and materials related to Techzfin remain the intellectual property of Techzconsult (Pvt) Ltd. Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access the software during their active subscription term.
