Techzfin is operated and maintained by Techzconsult (Pvt) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of our subscribers, users, and their commercial records.

This Privacy Policy outlines how operational and business data is collected, stored, and managed when accessing Techzfin for quotations, invoicing, inventory tracking, and payment management.

2. Information Collected

To provide business management software services, we collect necessary account and transactional information, including:

• Account Details: Business name, contact person name, email address, telephone contact number, and login credentials.
• Operational Records: Customer contact details, item catalogs, unit pricing, inventory counts, quotation drafts, invoices, and expense entries entered into the software.
• System Logs: Standard server access logs, session data, and device information required for application performance and security.

3. Purpose and Use of Data

Information collected is utilized exclusively for the operational delivery and enhancement of Techzfin:

• Generating professional quotations, tax invoices, and sales receipts.
• Tracking account balances, overdue receivables, and expense categories.
• Providing customer support and software update communications.
• Maintaining system security and preventing unauthorized access.

4. Confidentiality, Data Sharing & PDPA Compliance

We treat all subscriber records, customer lists, quotation amounts, and pricing structures as strictly confidential.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. To deliver our service efficiently, we share limited, necessary data with trusted service providers who adhere to strict confidentiality and security standards under the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):

• Payment Gateway: Customer identifiers and billing totals are securely transmitted to PayHere solely to facilitate payment collection and subscription activation.
• Cloud & AI Infrastructure: Managed financial logs are processed through secured cloud services via Firebase to generate user metrics. All data transmitted is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is configured to ensure it is not utilized for external machine learning or model training.

5. Data Retention

Business records are retained throughout the active life of your account. Upon account cancellation or subscription expiration, records are preserved during a thirty (30) day grace period to allow subscribers to export historical documents and ledgers.

6. User Rights and Controls

Subscribers maintain complete control over their recorded information. You may update, modify, or export your business profiles, product inventories, and transactional histories at any time through the software interface. To request account deletion or data removal, contact our support team.
